Log a beer from the home screen
Widgets, lock screen, Dynamic Island - on iPhone and Android. September 2026.
Tracking fails at the moment of logging, not the moment of reading. So Abvy moved logging to where your thumb already is: one tap on a widget, undo included, app never opened.
Three widgets, one job each
- Quick log. Your three most-logged drinks as tap targets. The tap writes straight to your log and flips the widget into a confirmation face with undo - the whole loop happens on the home screen.
- Session status. Tonight's curve and your current estimate at a glance, with a quiet idle face between sessions.
- Weekly overview. The week's shape without opening the app - which nights happened, and how they compare.

The Live Activity carries the night
Start a session and tonight moves to the lock screen: the current estimate, the projection curve, and one line that answers the question you'd otherwise unlock the phone for - the estimated sober window, or when the next drink fits your pace. The Dynamic Island gets the compact version: a number on one side, your level as a dot on the other, the full curve on a long-press. When the data is stale it says so, dimming the number instead of guessing.

Android, without the asterisks
The same three widgets ship on Android as native Glance widgets, and an ongoing notification stands in for the Live Activity: estimate, level, insight line, curve, and a one-tap "+ another" button. When the session ends, a 15-minute wrap-up summary shows the night's totals, then gets out of the way. On both platforms the estimate redacts itself in privacy contexts - your lock screen doesn't announce your evening to the room.
Yes. The quick-log widget shows your three most-logged drinks as one-tap buttons; the tap writes the drink directly - no app launch - and gives you a confirmation face with an undo window, so a mistap at a loud table is a non-event.
Widgets, Live Activity, and the watch app ship with Abvy - one subscription, every surface.
Abvy estimates - it never measures. It is not a breathalyzer and can't tell you whether you're under a legal limit or fit to drive.
